Yu-Hsun Lin received the M.S. degree from the Departmentof Electrical Engineering, National Cheng Kung University,
Tainan, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 1997 and the Ph.D. degree from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology in 2004.
Currently, he is a Professor at National Penghu University of Science and Technology, Tainan. From 1997 to 2004, he was a Researcher at Taiwan Electrical Research and Testing Center.
